  • Implemented LEAN and 5S methodologies improving productivity, quality, inventory control and warehouse optimization for a $6M manufacturing company. Found grant funding for the company which covered half of the costs of the LEAN training and implementation. Improvements led to the achievement of 45% gross or better margins across all product lines.
  • Led the highly successful and sustainable safety performance turnaround. Set the HSE standard for a manufacturing site of 1500 employees. Results hit the bottom line by reducing loss of productivity, reduced LWD, administrative costs, lowered Workers Compensation costs and improved moral. Turnaround resulted in last three years with zero recordable injuries. Added benefit was turning around perception of the workforce from unsafe to safe and productive team members.
  • Authored SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) manual that became plant standard for a manufacturing site following significant downtime due to an unplanned event and outage. Lead the unit’s training program and successful restart without incident.
